Shipping policy

We hold stock in our Melbourne warehouse and get orders to you in 5 days, anywhere in Australia. We believe you shouldn't have to wait, with pre-orders or wait for shipping from overseas.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Shipping for all Australian orders is complimentary. 

NZ Shipping

Kia ora! We can ship to NZ just drop us an email and ask for details (hello@lumier.com.au).

International Shipping

We currently don't offer shipping outside Australia, due to the plug requirements. However, if you live outside Australia and are interested, email us at hello@lumier.com.au and we'll notify you when we have international versions available.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the courier directly. This information will be available in your shipping email. If you have any issues, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will seek a resolution for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If you prefer to have your items sent to a P.O. Box please feel free to do so. Australia Post facilitates P.O. Box delivery. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We understand things don't always come together perfectly, which is why we have a 30-day exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns for change of mind will be provided as a store credit. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will provide the full order amount as a store credit. If you request a refund due to change of mind, we will refund the order amount minus any shipping costs incurred by us. Lumier does not cover return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@lumier.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
