Refund policy

We understand things don't always come together perfectly, which is why we have a 30-day exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you don't love your item you can returns and get a refund 30 days from purchase date. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will provide the full order amount as a store credit. If you request a refund due to change of mind, we will refund the order amount minus any shipping costs incurred by us. Lumier does not cover return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@lumier.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
